The "Azienda Speciale Fiera Internazionale della Sardegna" organizes trade fairs regarding all the various production sectors and particularly promotes Sardinian business initiatives.

Sardinia's International Trade Fair Showgrounds are found right at the heart of the town of Cagliari, just a few kilometres from the port. Extending over a 12-hectare area, the showgrounds have 12 different-sized exhibition pavilions and a Cultural and Congress Centre, made up of 3 conference buildings. The overall indoor space is around 46,000 sq.m.

This modern and well-equipped complex is one of Europe's foremost Congress Centres, not only for its state of the art buildings and technological equipment, but also since it can accommodate more than 3,000 visitors, with a huge exhibition area that stretches for over 36,000 sq.m.

The Showgrounds are home to Sardinia's Trade Fair, which is an important annual event for international and national manufacturers.

The "Azienda Speciale Fiera Internazionale della Sardegna" also organizes and plays host to numerous other significant tourist and business events.
